Proposed Amendments to Ontario Regulation 153/04

In spring 2007, the Ontario government announced comprehensive reforms that reaffirm its commitment to put more brownfields into productive use while safeguarding public health and safety. Ontario is proposing regulatory amendments to the Brownfields Regulation, O. Reg.153/04 Records of Site Condition. These amendments are needed to implement the balance of the reforms.

The government invites stakeholders, municipalities and the public to review and comment on the proposed regulation, posted on the Environmental Registry. The EBR posting number is 010-4642.
