News Update

The regulation outlining the rules and exceptions around the cosmetic pesticides ban was passed into law on March 4, 2009 and took effect April 22, 2009. The Pesticides Act, which has been amended by the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act, came into force on April 22, 2009.
