Tyson Lee Jennings fined $5,000 for operating a waste site without an approval

SARNIA - On October 24, 2008, Tyson Lee Jennings pleaded guilty to operating a waste disposal site without a Certificate of Approval after the ministry found that multiple loads of non-hazardous solid industrial waste demolition debris was deposited on property he owns in St. Clair Township. Tyson Lee Jennings was charged following an investigation by the ministry’s Investigations and Enforcement Branch. He was fined $5,000 plus a victim fine, and was given one year to pay.
