About the Ministry publications

How to obtain publications:

• PDF documents can be downloaded to your computer in Adobe Acrobat format. PDF format requires additional software to view, but is the best choice if you wish to print an article.
• HTML documents can be viewed by your computer browser in HTML Format, and does not require any additional software.
• Documents marked with the Email Request icon can be obtained through the Public Information Centre. You can request a fax copy (limit 15 pages) or request publications in alternate formats.
• Or you can order by phoning the Public Information Centre toll free at 1-800-565-4923 or (416) 325-4000 and have your publications mailed to you.
• Requests for alternate formats may be made through the Public Information Centre.  For more information on alternate formats, please see the guide to multiple formats for communications.
