Site ID = Identifies the sampling location/site within each lake that was sampled. Unique within each lake.
Site Description = a description of the general location of the sampling location (Site ID)

Year = in the Secchi Depth Spreadsheet. This is the year for which the annual mean Secchi depth was calculated.
Secchi = in the Secchi Depth Spreadsheet. Units are in metres. This is the mean annual Secchi depth for the indicated lake, site id, and year.
Date = In the Total Phosphorus Spreadsheet. This is the day, month, and year that the total phosphorus samples were obtained.
TP1 and TP2 = Total Phosphorus (TP) replicate samples (1 and 2) taken at the same sampling location, date, and time. Units are micrograms per litre (µg/L).
20090304Multiple levels of data checks and editing.19802008ground conditionThe data were generated through water quality samples obtained by citizen volunteers and chemical analyses were performed at the MOE's Dorset Environmental Science Centre low-level phosphorus lab. In most cases, total phosphorus samples have been screened for extreme outliers that result from different forms of contamination.
