Please ensure that you use the new versions of these forms (Dated September 2012) when submitting your water and wastewater operator certification applications.

As of January 1st, 2013, applications can no longer be submitted through email.
The Ministry of the Environment and OWWCO are working to enhance the security around the handling of credit card data, as per requirements set out in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). As part of the improved measures to protect your information,drinking water and wastewater operator certification applications can no longer be accepted electronically, via email. Applications will still be accepted by Mail or Fax.
Although we would ask that you refrain from submitting your next application by email, OWWCO will continue to accept applications by this mode, until January 1st, 2013. After this date any applications submitted electronically cannot be accepted and will not be processed.
