Information for Operators

WWOCS allows operators to review their water and wastewater operating experience information online.

You need a username and password to access WWOCS.  Use this form to request your username and password.

Read this guide for more information on how to use WWOCS. 

Your profile on WWOCS has information about:

• your certificates/licences
• contact information
• years and type of operating experience
• employer information, continuing education units obtained
• links to forms required to register for exams, apply for certificate/licence renewals or upgrades
• and more.

The information in your profile is confidential and can only be accessed by you, Certification Program Administrator and the Ministry of the Environment. 

Information for Training Providers

• Training providers also use WWOCS to have courses assessed for continuing education units (CEUs) and Director Approval. 
• Use this form to request your WWOCS username and password.
