Getting your laboratory accredited

In order for your laboratory to perform drinking water tests in Ontario, it must be accredited to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by an internationally recognized accrediting body.

Currently, the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) and the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA) are the official accrediting bodies.
