Laboratory Licensing and Compliance Program

Program or Service Description:

The Laboratory Licensing and Compliance Program (LLCP) is responsible for the licensing of laboratories analyzing Ontario drinking water and the inspection of said laboratories.

The LLCP reviews and issues Drinking Water Testing Licenses with specific conditions and license amendments. The program also promotes compliance through a variety of tools, advice, education, inspections, orders, and incident reports.
