If you're in Toronto between now and April 22, check out Water Docs, a free documentary film series about water.

Hosted by the Ecologos Institute, Water Docs looks into the future of the most precious resource on earth and what we can do to protect it.

The series kicked off March 22 on World Water Day and runs weekly until Earth Day. Each screening features a mix of full-length and documentary short films on water, from issues around bottled water, to the impact of climate change on the polar ice caps, and including the role of bathing in cultures around the world, as well as question and answer sessions with filmmakers.

Screenings start at 7 p.m. every Thursday at the Ralph Thornton Community Centre (765 Queen Street East/Saulter Street) in Toronto.
