Class 7 (Controlled Sale) Handout Requirements
As of April 22, 2012, licensed vendors must provide the 2011 version of the Class 7 (controlled sale) handout directly to consumers at the time of purchase. The 2011 version replaces the 2009 version.
Licensed vendors may choose to incorporate the applicable Ministry of the Environment-approved wording into cash register receipts or to provide handouts to consumers.
