You must register with ServiceOntario (by completing steps 1, 2 and 3 below)
before you can access the registration forms.

1. Go to ServiceOntario's ONe-Source for Business Portal

 

2. Create your ONe-Key account

1. In the toolbar below the ServiceOntario ONe-Source for Business banner, select My Account and then select Sign Up.
2. Follow the steps as prompted.

Note: Your ONe-Key ID cannot be recovered if you forget it, so please be sure to make a note of it.

3. Create a ONe-Source for Business account

1. Now that you have a ONe-Key account, please take a moment to complete your ONe-Source for Business profile.
2. Once your ONe-Source for Business account has been successfully created, you will see the MOE tab appear as part of your ONe-Source for Business account.

4. Create your account with the Ministry of the Environment

1. Click the MOE tab.
2. Follow the steps as prompted. You will need to provide your business's:
   
   
   • Nine-digit business number, issued by the Canada Revenue Agency
   • mailing address postal code (without any spaces)
   • legal name, as registered with the Canada Revenue Agency

5. Register an activity

1. Choose Create new registration from the drop-down list.
2. Follow the steps as prompted.

Once submitted, you will receive:

• a transaction number
• a PDF of the information that you filled out
• a confirmation email (please be sure to respond to this email)
