Regional Offices
If you have questions about the requirements of the Permit to Take Water program or filling in the application form, please contact the Ministry of the Environment regional office located in the area where you plan to take water.
If you are planning to submit a Category 3 PTTW application or an application that may include several water taking sources (which may be related to a single purpose), we strongly encourage you to call your regional office to arrange a pre-submission consultation to ensure your submission is complete, well organized, and includes the relevant information to allow us to process your application as quickly as possible.
