Guideline C-14: Prohibitation of Waste Oil for Use As a Dust Suppressant
Description: The primary purpose of this guideline is to eliminate the potential for environmental contamination that would be caused by the use of waste oil as a dust suppressant. The only exception to the ban on the use of waste oil as a dust suppressant is for use on coal piles when the waste oil is generated on-site (which may include waste oil from other sites operated by the owner of the coal pile).
