Description: The 2008 Ontario Hazardous Waste Report is the ministry’s first public report on the generation, shipment and disposal of hazardous and liquid industrial waste as well as performance measures. Its purpose is to summarize and present the results of Ontario’s hazardous and liquid industrial waste program in 2008. The information in the report is intended to be presented in an easy to follow manner using illustrative graphs and tables, along with explanations of the terminology as well as performance measures for the hazardous waste program.
