Description: This certification guide provides information on the requirements to secure and renew a drinking water operator and water quality analyst certificate. It reflects the new Certification of Drinking-Water System Operators and Water Quality Analysts regulation, O. Reg. 128/04, made under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002. It replaces O. Reg. 435/93, made under the Ontario Water Resources Act, and its corresponding program guide.
