Description: Surface water samples were collected in the spring, summer and fall of 1999 and sediment was collected during the summer survey in the areas of Thunder Bay and Marathon Bay (Peninsula Harbour), Jackfish Bay, Nipigon Bay, the Pic River and the Spanish River, as part of the Great Lakes Nearshore Monitoring and Assessment Program.
