New Requirement to Obtain a Permit To Take Water (PTTW) for Some Types of Grandfathered Water Takers
Description: The purpose of this Technical Bulletin is to inform grandfathered water takers who are also phase one industrial or commercial water users as defined in section 3 of Ontario Regulation 450/07: Charges for Industrial and Commercial Water Use of their new obligations under section 4.1 of Ontario Regulation 387/04: Water Taking.
