Description: The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Handbook was developed through the collaborative efforts of a number of organizations including the Ministry of the Environment, the Government of Canada's Great Lakes Sustainability Fund, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, Quinte Conservation, the Cities of St. Catharines, Toronto, Waterloo, and Mississauga, and the Municipal Engineers Association.
