Air Quality in Ontario 1996 Report and Appendix

Description: This report, 26th in a series, summarizes the state of air quality in Ontario in 1996. It covers measured levels of ozone (O3), particles and other principal contaminants such as sulphur dioxide (SO2) , nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and total reduced sulphur (TRS) compounds. Results are also presented for the measurement of a number of airborne organic compounds for 1996. In addition the report summarizes the 1996 Air Quality Index and Air Pollution Index statistics from the real-time air quality index information system
