Description: The Ontario Emissions Trading Code describes the rules for the creation and transfer of Emission Reduction Credits and Set-Aside Reductions. It also sets out the rules for the operation of the Ontario Emissions Trading Registry that has been created to provide the public with information about the Emission Trading program.
