Jurisdictional Screening Level (JSL) List - A Screening Tool for Ontario Regulation 419: Air Pollution - Local Air Quality (February 2008)
Description: The Jurisdictional Screening Level (JSL) list was developed by the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) to provide an additional screening tool for Ontario Regulation 419: Air Pollution – Local Air Quality (O. Reg 419). This list is intended to be used by any member of the regulated community who is required to develop an Emission Summary Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) report which must include an assessment of all contaminants emitted including contaminants with no MOE standards or guidelines.
