Request for Approval under paragraph 3 of s. 11(1) of Regulation 419 of a Plan for Combined Analysis of Modelled and Monitoring Results
Description: This form should be used to request Ministry of the Environment approval of a plan for combined analysis of modelled and monitoring results including the use of meteorological data for the purpose of refining emissions rates used in the analysis under paragraph 3 of s.11(1) of the Air Pollution – Local Air Quality Regulation (O. Reg. 419).
