Request for Approval under s. 32(21) of Regulation 419 or an Alternative Air Standard
Description: This form should be used to request an alternative air standard in accordance with the O. Reg. 419 and should be accompanied by a description of the circumstances surrounding this request. An alternative air standard is a site-specific standard that, if approved, replaces the standard in Schedule 3 as the compliance point for a facility for a period of up to five years (10 years in extenuating circumstances).
