Description: This report provides a current review of transboundary air pollution impacts from an Ontario perspective. Drawing on Ontario’s extensive air quality data, and recent air quality modelling work, the document examines the role of transboundary air pollution in Ontario, specifically the impacts of smog (both ground - level ozone and fine particulate matter) and an assessment of the human health and economic costs.
