Moving Forward: A Greenhouse Gas Cap-and-Trade System for Ontario
Description: The purpose of this Discussion Paper is to identify policy issues and present options for the design of Ontario’s Greenhouse Gas Cap‐and‐Trade Program that can be integrated with WCI and a broader North American system. It builds on the Discussion Paper that was released at the launch of the province’s stakeholder consultations in December 2008 and posted on the Environmental Registry for public comment.
