Description: Information requested in this form is used to evaluate applications for Registration to a Technical Standard under Section 39 of Ontario Regulation 419/05: Air Pollution – Local Air Quality (O. Reg. 419/05). It may be used for new applications for registration, for amendments to registrations and 30 day notifications.
