Permit To Take Water (PTTW) Administrative Fees (September 2007)
Description: All applicants for a Permit to Take Water are required to pay a fee, with a few exceptions. These exceptions include: water takings for irrigation and frost protection for agricultural purposes, wetland and wildlife creation projects, and first applications for a permit by a grandfathered water taker.
