Description: This form is for drinking water and wastewater operators training providers to request an user ID and password to access the Water and Wastewater Operator Certification System (WWOCS). The Water and Wastewater Operator Certification System allows training providers to submit online applications for Director Approved continuing education training assessment and upload course completion information for water and wastewater operators who successfully complete the training.
