This search request form is intended for those who would like to obtain copies of individual well records--i.e. a copy of the actual well record as submitted by the well contractor at the time of construction.
Well records will generally be provided in PDF format with private well owner information blackened out.
The request will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.
