Description: Before completing the written risk assessment report that describes the assessment of risk for a property, the property owner must complete and submit a Risk Assessment Pre-Submission form as is required under Ontario Regulation 153/04 (Brownfields). The Pre-Submission Form allows for early feedback from the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) on the proposed risk assessment approach. MOE reviewers are able to provide advice to proponents on the requirements of Ontario Regulation 153/04.
