The Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval (Air & Noise) and the Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) both include the requirement that the approval holder submit a Written Summary each year. The purpose of the Written Summary is to allow the Ministry of the Environment to track the modifications completed over time at a facility.
