Pesticides on Golf Courses – Sample Letter Requesting Other Means of Notice of the Public Meeting and Sample Notice
Description: If more than 50 persons must be notified of the public meeting at which a golf course’s annual report will be presented, the owner or representative of the golf course may submit a written request to the Director under the Pesticides Act for consideration of other means of notice. This document contains a sample letter to do so, as well as a sample notice.
