Under sections 5 and 11 of Regulation 452/09
Description:
Verification statements for 2011 reports must be submitted by September 1, 2012. You must submit the verification statement issued to you by the accredited verification body via Environment Canada’s Single Windows System. Accredited verification bodies may use the ministry’s verification statement template if they so choose.
