Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR)
Description:
Ontario Regulation 350/12 requires that notice be given to prescribed persons at least 30 days in advance of registering a new activity or increasing the name plate capacity of a solar facility that is already registered in the EASR.
This notification form must be completed and provided to your by the person engaging or intending to engage in an activity related to a solar facility and is meant to provide you with key facility and contact information. It is the responsibility of the person engaging or intending to engage in an activity related to a solar facility to ensure that this form is completed accurately.
