Permit To Take Water (PTTW) holders are legally required to collect and record the amount of water they take each day, for each source listed on their permits. The ministry’s Water Taking Reporting System (WTRS) allows permit holders to enter and submit their water-taking data electronically to the ministry, eliminating the need for a paper submission.
