File a record of site condition
Qualified persons can log in to file records of site condition to the registry.
New user registration for the environmental site registry: If you are a Qualified Person as defined in the regulation (see Part II, Section 5 of O. Reg 153/04) and need access to the environmental site registry, read: How to register for use of the environmental site registry as a Qualified Person under Ontario Regulation 153/04.
