Records of site condition submitted and filed before July 1, 2011
If you do not have an acknowledged record of site condition filed on the Environmental Site Registry by July 1, 2011, a qualified person and owner of a property may have to re-submit materials, which meet the requirements that came into force on July 1, 2011.
