Facility owners and operators submitting a toxic substance reduction plan summary under the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009 and its regulation (O. Reg. 455/09) are required to use Environment Canada’s Single Window (formerly known as the One Window to National Environmental Reporting System – OWNERS).

Reminder: While owners and operators are required to submit the plan summary to the ministry and make it available to the public on the Internet, the complete version of the plan remains at the facility.
Plan summaries must be submitted by December 31, 2012.
