August 13, 2001, the Medical Officer of Health issued a Boil Water Advisory

Resampling details and result: Samples collected throughout years 2000, 2001 and 2002 continued to indicate the periodic presence of bacteria.

MOE Role: A Provincial Officer Order was issued on October 9, 2001, to the owner to provide information to determine if the existing water works is subject to OWRA and O. Reg 459/00.

The owner failed to submit an application by February 5, 2002, to certify the current water works or comply with O. Reg 459/00 pursuant to the Provincial Officer Order. The non-compliance is under MOE review.
