Field Response - Not required The local Health Unit and Ministry staff will continue to work closely with the owner of the system to protect public health, and to ensure that a safe potable water supply is maintained for the users of this system.

Background (if there is a history of the site):
Three previous adverse water quality incidences were reported in the past year. One AWQI was for total coliform presence, one was for heterotrophic plate counts and one was for high uranium concentrations. A BWA was issued on September 17, 2004, for the presence of total coliform and rescinded on September 27, 2004, after samples came back clear.
