Overgrown background
The presence of E.coli or total coliforms in the water cannot be ascertained
as a result of overgrown background bacteria population

Owner has re-sampled and the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect.
MOE Role:
A priority Field Response was conducted by Sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie
staff from the Ministry’s Safe Drinking Water Branch to ensure all
users on the system were advised to find an alternate source of water.
The local Health Unit and Ministry staff will continue to work closely
with the owner of the system to protect public health, and to ensure
that a safe potable water supply is maintained for the users of this
system.
