MOE inspector collected resamples on April 4, 2007.  Results pending.

MOE Role:
A Ministry of the Environment Drinking Water Inspector conducted a deferred field response on April 4, 2007, to ensure all corrective actions had been taken, collect water samples and discuss regulatory requirements with the drinking water system owner.

The Ministry and local Health Unit will continue to work closely with the owner of the system to protect public health and to ensure that a safe potable water supply is maintained for the users of this water system.

Background (if there is a history of the site):
Several incidents of adverse water quality were reported in 2004 and 2005 due to the presence of total coliform and fecal coliform bacteria, including Escherichia coli.  Several Boil Water Advisories have been issued – the most recent Boil Water Advisory was issued on September 9, 2005, and remains in effect.
