Resampling details and results:
Local Services Board has immediately re-sampled. MOE will be onsite on May 7, 2004, to collect audit samples.
MOE Role:
This drinking water supply is subject to the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Drinking Water Systems Regulation. This system is classified as a non-municipal year-round residential system.
Ministry staff will continue to work with the health unit and the municipality, to ensure that proper corrective action is taken.
Background (if there is a history of the site):
A Boil Water Advisory was issued back in November of 2001, and will remain in effect until all system upgrades are in place.
