Fluoride exceedance – 2.61 mg/L.

Verification sample taken by owner confirmed exceedance – 2.70
mg/L on February 28, 2007.
MOE Role:
Original samples taken in conjunction with MOE inspection. Monitor
follow-up actions by the owner are in line with the Safe Drinking
Water Act and ensure that environmental health concerns identified
by the health unit are addressed.
Background (if there is a history of the site):
A previous sample taken by the owner with a similar fluoride residual
verifies that the raw water source has naturally occurring fluoride
present.
