The Sector Compliance Branch

While the majority of individuals and companies across the province comply with Ontario's environmental laws, there are still certain sectors that do not.

The Sector Compliance Branch (formerly called the Environmental SWAT Team) conducts province-wide inspection sweeps of entire sectors. This branch is dedicated to getting tough on polluters and increasing the number of companies and individuals who comply.
