Black River-Matheson Groundwater Management Study

The Black River-Matheson study is led by the township of Black River-Matheson. The township received $148,750 from the MOE for the study. The study components include wellhead protection at 13 municipal wells. Additional study components include regional groundwater characterization, groundwater susceptibility mapping, regional contaminant source inventory, and groundwater use assessment.
