Trent River Watershed Groundwater Management Study

The Trent River Watershed study is led by the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority. The conservation authority received $1,185,750 from the MOE for the study. The study components include delineating wellhead protection areas at 65 municipal wells. Additional study components include regional groundwater characterization, groundwater susceptibility mapping, regional contaminant source inventory, and groundwater use assessment.
